About us

Edulaw Chambers provides specialist advice, advocacy and training in education law. We regularly act for local authorities, schools/academies, as well as parents and young people. We are particularly successful in advising clients as to how to resolve their disputes positively without resorting to costly litigation.

Areas of practice

We provide advice, representation, advocacy and dispute resolution. Areas include school admissions and exclusions, independent appeal panels and review panels, judicial review and public law, special educational needs and disability, Equality Act issues, educational policies and procedures.

Training

Through Edulaw Training, Tanya Callman provides bespoke education law training to local authorities, individual organisations and conference organisers. Training days are fast-paced and informative, providing value for money and relevant updates on law, practice and procedure.
